Yuki Fukui originally from Tokyo Japan, is a NYC based performer, choreographer and educator. 

Yuki started dancing at age 3 and received her training with Yoko Shimizu in Amsterdam (The Netherlands), Misao Kai in Tokyo (Japan) and Sara Magistro in Paris (France) as a young dancer.  In 2006 she moved to NYC to attend Eugene Lang College The New School for Liberal Arts as a Global Scholar full scholarship student. While her time there she had the privilege of performing works by Takehiro Ueyama (TAKE Dance), Karla Wolfangle, Rebecca Stenn, Jose Limon(staged by Sarah Stackhouse), Anna Sokolow (staged by Jim May), Jill Johnson, to name a few. 

Since graduation in 2010 with a B.A in the Arts concentration in Dance, Yuki has performed with HIU-Shudan (NYC)Dajhia Ingram Dance (NYC), The Movement Collective (NYC), Amalgamate Dance Company GAS Series (NYC), Dirty Soles Dance (NYC), BEAUTIES: As Seen By Others/ And Then What Is (NYC) project directed/choreographed by NYFA fellowship artist  Leslie-Arlette Boyce,  in a site specific immersive interactive dance theater performance Ghost Card Project (NYC) choreographed and directed by Hassan Christopher and Megan Weaver, and serving as Assistant Artistic Director at Long Island Dance Project (NY). 

Yuki currently is an artist represented by by Bellus Productions LLC. She serves as an associate artistic director for Gwen Rakotovao Company (France/NY), whom she has been working with since 2011, and rehearsal director for Mersiha Mesihovic/Circuit Debris (NYC) whom she has been working since 2013. 

Yuki recently started training in Argentine Tango as well to widen her skills as a dance artist.
